Ali was a great guide and very friendly. He was incredibly informative about the area, sharing interesting facts throughout the tour. Most memorably, he helped us catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji after it had been hiding behind the clouds all day, something we didn’t think would happen! Thanks to his persistence and knowledge of the best viewing spots, we ended the day with an unforgettable view. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience with Saim as our driver and guide for the day he picked us up right on time from our hotel, which we really appreciated. Saim was polite, professional, and very friendly throughout the journey he made sure we were comfortable and gave us complete freedom to enjoy the places we visited We started our tour with the beautiful Mount Fuji area, and Saim drove us safely through all the scenic points He was very patient and helpful, offering to take our photos and giving us time at each spot After exploring Mount Fuji, Saim took us to Hakone, where we visited the stunning Togendai Station area and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere Saim car was clean and very comfortable, which made our entire journey smooth and relaxing His calm and respectful nature made the whole experience even more enjoyable We highly recommend Saim to anyone visiting Japan and looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable driver We would definitely like to book him again on our next trip
Our experience at Mount Fuji was absolutely amazing Mount Fuji looked breathtaking with its snow-covered peak and the beautiful red leaves along the roads made the scenery even more magical our guide Dalawar was exceptional he took us to the most beautiful spots and explained everything in detail making sure we enjoyed every moment the trip to the Fifth Station was unforgettable as we got to touch snow for the first time it was such a fun and exciting experience the car provided was very comfortable and the service by the company was excellent we truly appreciate how everything was planned perfectly and how Dalawar made the entire trip so enjoyable he also helped us take some incredible photos that we will cherish forever this company provides outstanding service and we highly recommend them for anyone planning a visit to Mount Fuji this trip was truly unforgettable
